Well don't think lack of entries means I'm not taking photos just about daily. I'm one of those people that once i have a good photo of a certain subject in a certain setting, it's hard for me to take, let alone justify submitting more of same said subject. At first taking photos at the shop was amazing, but theres only so many photos there. But i still practice daily. They have all gotten used to it so i can practice till i run out of battery and or memory. I have a new series or two im working on from shooting at the shop, but need another photo in each to finish it off before i submit.

I gotta say I'm starting to feel a whole lot more comfortable taking photos of human subjects again. Not to mention my boss brought his kids up a couple of days so I got to practice shoot photos of kids (whom I expect to be the majority of my early business... The mothers not the kids I mean). It's been a whole lot of good practice in using all my equipment and working with people in getting a great photo of them. It also has given me time to try my new flash out a bit

After a really weird day, I made myself feel even weirder using a combo of pain, pain meds, anti-inflamitories, and good weird music. What came out was a few poems and some really weird photo ideas. The first of the poems is up, with more to be posted once i finish the artwork to go along with them. I gotta say reading it now they almost make no sense but there is something about them I still really enjoy.
